QUICK AND EASY TEXAS TOAST GARLIC BREAD

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl, mix together butter, garlic powder, parsley and black pepper until mixed evenly.
- On baking sheet place toast flat.
- Spread on a thick even layer of the garlic butter mixture.
- Cook for 10-14 minutes until light golden brown and a nice crunch.
- Obviously, for a less crunchy bread, bake for 8-12 minutes.

TEXAS TOAST
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and have ready a large baking sheet.
- Place the butter, oil, garlic powder, and Kosher salt in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 30 seconds (or until melted).
- Stir while the butter mixture is hot until the spices dissolve. Add the parsley and stir once more.
- Slice the bread into generous 1"-thick slices using a sharp serrated knife and lay on the baking sheet. Brush both sides of each slice of bread generously with the garlic butter.
- Bake on the middle shelf for 4 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven, turn over each slice, and return to bake for another 3-4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place a crisping rack on a large baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise with the cheeses. Press down to combine and make smooth. Once smooth, add in the Gourmet Garden Parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper. Keep in the fridge while you continue prepping remaining ingredients.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add the Gourmet Garden Chunky Garlic Paste and stir to combine. Allow to saute for 2-3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant.
- Lay the 8 slices of Texas Toast on the crisping rack/baking sheet. Brush liberally with the butter/garlic mixture.
- Spoon the mayo/cheese mixture over each slice of bread and smooth out as much as possible.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melty/bubbly. You can also broil for a few minutes to crisp things up even more.
- Sprinkle with more Gourmet Garden Parsley if desired.
- Enjoy!

- Mix butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl. Arrange Italian bread on a large baking sheet and spread each slice with garlic butter mixture. Place baking sheet in freezer and freeze until bread solid, about 1 hour. Transfer bread to a resealable plastic freezer bag until ready to use.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Arrange desired number of slices, butter-side up, on a baking sheet.

- dip both sides of each bread slice in melted butter, place in same skillet.

EASY CHEESY GARLIC TOAST
This recipe is so ridiculously cheap and easy that it's almost embarrassing, but I'm posting it anyway for anyone who has picky little eaters or who is simply looking for a quick and easy fix. It is not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination but is just what it's title suggests: easy, cheesy & garlicy. My family said, "yum", and I hope yours does too!

Steps:
- Preheat oven broiler to lowest setting and position oven rack 8-10 inches from heating element.
- Place slices of bread on a baking sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Turn slices over and spread untoasted side evenly with butter/margarine. Then sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and black pepper. Then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven and broil for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and browned to your liking.
- Remove from oven. Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
