3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 egg
1 pound chicken breast (diced)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
¾ cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted)

Steps:

  • Toss chicken with egg, cornstarch and soy sauce. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  • Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Add sauce and simmer until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
8 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook chicken in sesame oil in fry pan.
  • Whisk together corn starch and soy sauce.
  • Add onions to pan and then quickly add the soy sauce mixture (note that it thickens and coats the chicken VERY quickly).
  • Serve chicken over rice.

1 package (22 ounces) frozen grilled chicken breast strips
1 medium yellow summer squash, thinly sliced

2 packages (3 ounces each) chicken ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
1-1/3 cups water
1/3 cup white wine or chicken broth
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
4 green onions, sliced

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute chicken, squash and carrots until chicken is heated through, 6-8 minutes. Add snow peas; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place soy sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish. On a piece of wax paper, mix together the sesame seeds, flour, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces in the soy sauce to coat, then dredge in the sesame seed mixture. Arrange in baking dish in a single layer, then drizzle with melted butter.
