- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Let stand until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the chili powder, cumin and pepper flakes until combined. Add beans and rice; cook and stir until heated through, 4-6 minutes., Spoon about 1/2 cup of filling off-center on each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons salsa. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Serve with cheese and sour cream if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook beef with taco seasoning mix, according to seasoning package instructions.
- To prepare 1 burrito: spread ¼ cup beans down center of tortillas; top with ½ cup rice, beef, 2 tablespoons corn, and ¼ cup cheese.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito style. Place, seam-sides down, in prepared dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients to prepare 6 total burritos.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes (until heated through). If you are baking the burritos from the refrigerator while they're still cold, it will take about 30-35 minutes for them to heat through.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl, add the refried beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, oregano, onion, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Spread about ¼ cup of the bean mixture on the tortilla in the center. Top with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, then roll up, tucking in all the filling. Place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until beans are heated and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly then serve. - Stir water and refried beans together until beans are thin. (You can use less or no water if you don't want your beans so thin, but I like them that way).
- Heat in a small saucepan just until warmed (about 4 minutes?).
- Spread on tortilla.
- Microwave turkey chili and spread over beans.
- Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Fold in both edges and wrap. You may need to hold with a toothpick.
- Microwave on high about 30 seconds.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a tablespoon or so of Olive Oil in skillet and add garlic and onion. Saute for a minute or two.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; Drain.
- Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce over medium heat; Add refried beans and mix thoroughly.
- Generously spoon beef and bean mixture into floured tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, roll up and place seam side down in a lightly greased 8" x 8" square casserole dish.
- Spread any remaining filling on top and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top a few minutes prior to removing from oven or immediately after removing from oven.
