Quarterback Sneak Y Martini Beer N Tomato Juice Cocktail Food

QUARTERBACK SNEAK-Y MARTINI (BEER 'N TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL)

Steps:

• In small pitcher or martini shaker, slowly pour in beer.
• Slowly/gently stir in tomato juice.
• Stir in 1 drop Worcestershire only if you really, really like it, and a dash of hot sauce if you like it extra hot!
• Add a few ice cubes, and swirl, don't shake!, til chilled.
• Strain and slowly pour into 2 chilled martini glasses. Try not to let it foam.
• Srinkle tops of each with a little celery salt and pepper.
• Place a celery stick and green onion into each glass for "stirrers".
• Enjoy!
• *Note: I use the V-8 Spicy Hot Tomato/Vegetable juice for this.

SPICY TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in glass pan. Heat throughly. Pour into 6 pint jars process in water bath 30 minutes.

CARIBBEAN TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients, except the celery ribs, in a jar that has a lid.
• Cover and shake well.
• Pour into glasses and add celery sticks as stirrers.

BOURBON MANHATTAN - A CLASSIC COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a mixing glass, half-filled with ice cubes, combine all the ingredients, except the cherry. Stir a couple of times.
• Strain into a cocktail (martini) glass. Let the cherry drop to the bottom.

TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients except lime slices.
• Put mixture in a pitcher and float the lime slices.
• Guests can serve this over ice or add vodka.

VIRGIN CRANBERRY JUICE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil.
• Cook over medium heat, stirring just until the sugar dissolves, then allow to cool.
• Fill a pitcher with sugar syrup, cranberry juice and lime juice and chill.
• Pour into ice-filled glasses, about 3/4 full.
• Add seltzer and garnish with a lime slice. Serve and enjoy!
