Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer image

This tasty homemade pumpkin spice creamer that's healthy and made with real pumpkin and no refined sugar. Made with homemade pumpkin pie spice, and much healthier than the powder! You don't have to wonder when pumpkin creamer comes out on the shelves, you can enjoy this all year long!

1/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (store-bought or homemade)
2 Tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat or high heat and immediately remove from the heat, whisk often with a flat whisk as it cools to prevent scalding of the milk and burning of the sugars.
  • Add to your coffee as desired.

14 ounces heavy whipping cream, divided
¼ cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Whisk 4 ounces cream, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat pumpkin mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until heated through and completely blended, 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk, remaining 10 ounces cream, and pumpkin mixture into a container, cover the container with a lid, and shake until completely mixed. Store in the refrigerator.

1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream, or whole milk, half-and-half
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree, made from home canned pumpkin
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, more if desired
2 Cinnamon Sticks

Steps:

  • Over medium heat add heavy cream, puree pumpkin, and maple syrup to a small saucepan. Gentle whisk all ingredients together.
  • Add cinnamon sticks and increase heat to medium high.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, making sure to whisk often to prevent it from scorching. Allow the creamer to boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly prior to adding to coffee.
