1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
1 cup cold milk
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
10 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, divided
1 pkg. (1-3/4 oz.) ice cream cones
12 Marshmallow Flowers (See Tip.)

Steps:

Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and 3/4 cup cookie crumbs.
Spoon into ice cream cups; sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs to resemble dirt in flower pots. Flatten tops slightly with back of spoon.
Top with Marshmallow Flowers.

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
10 flat-bottom ice cream cones
1 Tbsp. sprinkles
3 pirouette cookies, cut in half
4 mini vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies

Steps:

Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
Spoon into ice cream cones; top with remaining COOL WHIP and sprinkles.
Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Garnish with cookies just before serving.
