WORLD'S BEST OREO® FUDGE
This Oreo® Fudge is very sweet with loads of cookies. A pretty addition to any holiday dessert platter.

Steps:
- Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir at a boil until mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat; stir white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme into the sugar mixture until completely melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.
- Gently fold 1/2 cup crumbled cookies into the white chocolate mixture until just incorporated; spread into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed cookies evenly over the top. Press cookies lightly into the fudge. Cool at room temperature until set. Cut into small squares to serve.

When my husband tried this he asked where I had bought it from and couldn't believe I had made it. I found this recipe on the Eagle brand website and tweaked it a little. It is exactly what you need for a chocolate fix....

Steps:
- Prepare a foil-lined rectangular tin or plastic tupperware container with greaseproof paper.
- Stir milk in a saucepan over low heat with butter until melted.( You can add liquer if you wish at this stage).
- Add chocolate and stir until combined.
- Break oreos into quarters in a bowl and add to chocolate mixture.
- Combine and tip into tin or plastic container.
- Chill for a least 2 hours.
- Pull out the fudge, peel off the paper or foil, cut into small squares and serve.
- Note that you can use a smaller container for thicker pieces of fudge.
- Edited to add: I made a cherry version of this for Valentine's Day last year by adding 1/2 cup of glace cherries, tipping the fudge into a heart-shaped mold and then decorating with cherries, red sugar and whipped cream. It was yummy and looked cute.

- In a pot on medium heat melt the chocolate in the milk.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crushed cookies.
- Spread evenly in a parchment lined 8x8 square pan.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.

- Combine the chocolate chips, the milk, and the butter in a medium size glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine and heat another 15 seconds. Stir and heat an additional 15 seconds, only if needed. There will still be a few pieces of unmelted chocolate in the bowl.
- Stir until mostly smooth with just a few flecks of unmelted chocolate. Add the extract and stir to combine. Stir the Oreos into the chocolate mixture, saving a few for topping. Press the remaining Oreos into the fudge.
- Chill until ready to serve. Slice into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container, separating multiple layers with parchment or wax paper. This fudge will keep nicely in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
