1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, halved and sliced
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
3 tablespoons cornstarch
9 ounces uncooked thick rice noodles
Optional: Minced fresh cilantro and chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork with pepper. Place in a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker; top with onion. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper sauce; gradually add 1-1/2 cups broth. Pour over onion., Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 3 minutes. Quick-release pressure. A thermometer inserted in pork should read at least 145°. Press cancel. Remove pork from pressure cooker and keep warm. , In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and remaining 1/4 cup broth until smooth; stir into pressure cooker. Select saute setting and adjust for low heat. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Add pork; heat through., Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Serve with pork mixture. 4 (6 ounce) pork tenderloins
1 (16 ounce) package sauerkraut, drained
1 cup water
6 fluid ounces apple juice
2 teaspoons fennel seed
12 red new potatoes, halved

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat; brown pork tenderloins in the hot oil, about 5 minutes per side. Distribute sauerkraut around the pieces of pork and pour in water and apple juice; sprinkle with fennel seeds.
  • Cover pressure cooker and bring to full pressure; cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and release the pressure according to manufacturer's instructions. Place potatoes into the cooker, reseal, and bring back up to full pressure over medium heat; cook at full pressure for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat, release pressure, and serve.

1 boneless pork shoulder (2 lb.)
3 red serrano chiles, divided
3/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1/3 cup HEINZ 57 Sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
12 oz. (3/4 of 16-oz. pkg.) rice stick noodles, uncooked
3/4 lb. broccoli crowns, cut into 3-inch lengths
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Heat oil in electric pressure cooker using the Sauté function. Add meat; cook 5 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  • Cut 1 chile into thin slices; reserve for later use. Finely chop remaining chiles; mix with dressing, 57 Sauce, garlic and ginger until blended. Pour dressing mixture over meat; close and lock lid. Using Pressure Cooker function, cook on HIGH 1 hour 5 min.
  • Use Quick Release method to carefully vent steam before opening lid. Use tongs to remove meat from cooker; cool slightly. Meanwhile, skim and discard fat from surface of meat drippings remaining in cooker; reserve drippings for later use.
  • Shred meat; place in medium bowl. Add meat drippings; mix lightly. Cover to keep warm.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Add 1 cup water to cooker. Place steam rack in cooker; top with broccoli. Close and lock lid. Using Steaming function, cook 2 min. Use Quick Release method to carefully vent steam before opening lid. Remove broccoli from cooker.
  • Place noodles on platter; top with meat mixture, broccoli and reserved chiles. Sprinkle with cilantro.
