- In a shallow bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, mustard, garlic pepper and seasoned salt. Add pork chops, 1 at a time, and toss to coat; shake off excess. , Select saute or browning setting on a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker. Adjust for medium heat; add oil. When oil is hot, brown pork in batches. Add 1-1/2 cups broth to pressure cooker. Cook 30 seconds, stirring to loosen browned bits. Press cancel. Return all pork to pressure cooker., Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 3 minutes. Quick-release pressure. A thermometer inserted in pork should read at least 145°. Remove pork to a serving plate and keep warm., In a small bowl, mix remaining 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup broth until smooth; stir into pressure cooker. Select saute setting and adjust for low heat. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Serve with pork.

- Season pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Working in batches, cook pork chops in hot butter until browned on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer pork chops to a plate.
- Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the pressure cooker. Saute carrots and onion in hot butter until fragrant, about 2 minutes; add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Return pork chops to the pressure cooker pot. Set a steamer basket on top of the pork chops and place potatoes in the basket.
- Cover the pressure cooker with the lid, lock the lid, bring the cooker to high pressure, and cook under pressure for 13 minutes. Release pressure from the pot according to the manufacturer's instructions. Slice potatoes along the top and serve.

- For the brine: Combine 1/2 gallon cold water, kosher salt, smoked salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, honey and tea bags in a large zip-top bag. Place the pork chops into the bag and the bag into the refrigerator. Let marinate for 2 hours. Remove the chops from the brine and pat dry with a paper towel. Discard the brine and allow the pork chops to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
- Prepare a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side. Remove to a plate, cover with foil and keep in a warm place while making the glaze.
- For the glaze: Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, white wine, orange zest and juice, mirin, ginger, honey and salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a low boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer about 10 minutes.
- Drizzle about 3 tablespoons of the glaze on each pork chop and serve immediately.

- Stir the sauce with the orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic and green onion, until blended. Score the fat on the pork chops with sharp knife and sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the pork chops and marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and reserve on a plate; transfer the marinade to a saucepan. Bring the marinade to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer , uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Set pork chops on the grate, close the lid and reduce the temperature to medium. Grill for 7 minutes. Turn the chops and brush with the cooked marinade. Add the orange slices to the grill and brush with more of the marinade. Grill meat and fruit, basting occasionally, with remaining marinade, and turning as needed, for about 7 minutes or until chops are just slightly pink in the center. Serve chops on a bed of grilled oranges.

- In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Add water, paprika, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 35 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, grate peel from the stem end of the orange, then cut six slices from the other end. Set aside. In a saucepan over medium-high, combine 1 tablespoon peel, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves and remaining salt. Stir in juice. Cook and stir until thickened. STUFFED ORANGE GLAZE PORK CHOPS
Tasty pork chops with a simple bread and celery stuffing, and a sweet and sour orange marmalade sauce. The original recipe, from McCall's Greatest Recipe Card Collection, called for 4 rib chops cut 1-1/2" thick (2 lbs. total) with a pocket. Instead of the rib chops I use boneless pork chops, place stuffing between two of them, then tie them together with kitchen string. Then I adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the chops. You can adjust the seasonings to suit your taste too. The stuffing is also good with chicken breasts. Serve with a green veggie or salad and baked potatoes for dinner. Note: Edited to remove some of the salt and reduce the sweetness of this recipe.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Stuffing:.
- In hot butter in skillet, cook onions and celery until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add bread cubes and brown slightly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add parsley, orange rind, seasoned salt, and orange juice; toss mixture lightly to combine.
- Rinse chops with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

- Simmer gently, uncovered, for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove foil from chops and pour off water.
- Brush chops on both sides with some of the glaze.
- Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until chops are tender and browned; turning chops and basting with glaze every 10 minutes.

- brown pork chops in pressure cooker on both sides (use tongs easier) in 1/2 of the butter then salt and pepper well. (NOTE - Do NOT cover pan yet).
- have your potatoes and carrots already peeled and chunked into healthy meaty portions.
- have your onion diced into small peices.
- Take out pork chops with tongs and set aside for a moment while you add the onions and rest of butter to pork fat. then add potatoes and carrots (if using) then pork chops add the cup of water and the steak sauce ( the recipe called originally for Worcestershire sauce but I liked the steak sauce better) Put lid on and lock bring to high pressure once pressure is established put timer on for 15 minutes, Then use the regular release method and it is unbelievable a great dinner with soooo much taste in less than 30 minute (including prep if your good with a Knife)
