Ingredients

7 potatoes, grated
6 slices stale bread
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

Grate the potatoes, rinse in cold water and press dry.
Soak bread in milk and beat in eggs and then stir in potatoes.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 45min.
