PORK CHOPS WITH CHEESY PASTA
One easy skillet meal with lots of homespun flavor. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
- Add white sauce mix and milk to skillet; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Stir in uncooked macaroni, green beans and cheese; mix well. Place pork chops over mixture.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender and pork is no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally to keep mixture from sticking.

This is a recipe I have been making ever since the kids could chew meat. It's from one of my favorite cookbooks Better Homes and Gardens Low-Cost Cooking.

Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to the package directions.
- Place in 12x7 1/2x2 inch baking dish.
- Brown chops in oil or shortening on both sides. Drain off fat.
- Season with salt and pepper and arrange on top of noodles.
- Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and pour over the chops.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minute.
- Serve with additional cheese if desired.

This is a wonderful weekday pork chop recipe. We love cheese in our house, so we love this! The sharp white cheddar adds a wonderful bite and the pork chops are jucy and tasty.

- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Season pork chops and pan-fry in skillet until browned and no longer pink.
- Place 1 oz cheese on top of each pork chop, cover and continue to cook 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove pork chops with a slotted spoon, to drain oil.

- 1. Over medium heat in a large skillet, brown pork, onion, celery,garlic , salt and pepper in oil until pork is no longer pink.
- 2. Stir in the soup and water, combine well. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- 3. Stir in the cubed cheese, noodles and parsley. Stir and heat until cheese is melted. ( this could actually be eaten now, but I like to bake with the panko crumbs.) Mix your crumbs and seasonings with the melted butter.
- 4. Pour noodles mixture into a casserole dish - I use my 4 quart casserole, but could use a 9 x 13 dish. Spread the top with panko's and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and coating is golden. I serve with crusty bread and a tossed salad.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. In a separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until lightly browned. Remove garlic, reserving for other uses.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place coated pork chops in the skillet, and brown abut 5 minutes on each side.
