- Bring 3 1/2 cups water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add 4 peppermint tea bags and steep 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze out the liquid; pour the tea into a pitcher. Stir in 3 cups cold water, 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice and 1/4 cup honey. Chill. Serve over ice with mint leaves.
POMEGRANATE ICED TEA
This mocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a pomegranate or by using Pomegranate Juice. To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and juice using a citrus reamer or a juicer. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice. I got this from a pomegranate site.

CRANBERRY POMEGRANATE ICED TEA RECIPE
Steps:
- Pour the lemon juice into a 2 liter pitcher.
- Add the cranberry pomegranate green tea bags.
- Pour boiling water over the tea bags. Allow the tea to stand for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags from the pitcher. Stir in the honey.
- Add ice cubes. Serve Cranberry Pomegranate Iced Tea cold.
- ** Throw in a few lemon slices and/or mint leaves to add extra flavor.
POMEGRANATE TEA
Bought these seeds planning to use them in baking...but not to be. Instead I made a tea with them and I was nicely surprised by the pleasant taste...I did add some Splenda though.

- Bring water to rolling boil. Add seeds and turn heat to low. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and sweeten.
