4 ounces Champagne
1/2 teaspoon store bought pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon cassis

Steps:

Place fresh pomegranate arils, if using, into a Champagne flute. Pour Champagne into flute, add pomegranate juice and cassis.

2 oz. (1/4 c.) pomegranate juice
1 oz. (1 shot) Blood Orange flavored Vodka (or citrus flavored vodka)
½ oz. Cointreau orange liqueur
¾ c. chilled Champagne or sparkling wine, like Prosecco or Moscato
1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
1 blood orange slice
Sprig of fresh Rosemary for garnish

Steps:

In a wine glass, add the pomegranate juice, vodka and Cointreau. Top with the chilled Champagne.
Add the pomegranate seeds, orange slice and rosemary and enjoy right away.

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
One 8-ounce carton pomegranate juice
1 bottle Champagne, chilled
6 sprigs mint

Steps:

Place 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds in the bottom of 6 Champagne glasses. Fill halfway with pomegranate juice and top up with cold Champagne. Garnish with the mint sprigs.

This is a very festive cocktail sort of between a red and pink, and is a nice drink to make around Christmas.

Ingredients

1 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 slice fresh ginger, 1/4-inch long
4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon Cointreau liqueur (or other orange liquer)
1 (750 ml) bottle Brut champagne, well chilled

Steps:

Boil first 3 ingredients in small, heavy saucepan, unil syrup is reduced to 1/3 cup, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Cool.
Pour 4 tsp.pomegranate syrup, 1 tablespoons orange juice, and 1/4 teaspoons Cointreau into each of 4 6-oz. Chamgagne flutes. Fill each with 2/3 cup Champagne.
