Piña Colada Fluff Food

PINA COLADA FLUFF

Steps:

• In a large bowl, add an entire can of pineapple (fruit and juice) and vanilla pudding mix. Use a spatula to thoroughly mix together.
• Add cool whip, marshmallows, coconut, pecans, and rum extract, then gently fold all of the ingredients together.
• Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
• Serve immediately with more coconut, marshmallows, and pecans for garnish (optional).

PINA COLADA FLUFF

Steps:

• Combine pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple in a large bowl.
• Stir until completely combined.
• Fold in Cool Whip, rum extract, marshmallows, coconut, and nuts.
• Chill until ready to served.

PIñA COLADA FLUFF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400ºF. Beat butter with electric mixer 10-20 seconds. Add powdered sugar; beat for 10-20 seconds. Add flour and beat with electric mixer on low for 1 minute. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans.
• Spread in ungreased 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until edges are brown, cool completely.
• In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir pineapple and 1 cup of coconut into cream cheese mixture. Fold Cool Whip and marshmallows into mixture. Spread over crust; sprinkle 3 Tablespoons of coconut over top. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours before serving.

PIñA COLADA

Steps:

• Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like.
