This easy Pizza Spaghetti Casserole recipe (aka: Pizzetti) combines two great loves: spaghetti and pizza into one baked casserole that will leave you begging for seconds.

- Boil noodles for amount of time specified on package directions. Drain and set aside.Cover the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish with a light layer of sauce.Add your noodles, then a light layer of cheese, then a layer of pepperoni and repeat until the dish is full. Place in a 350° oven for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. We then turn on the broiler and let it cook for about 2-5 minutes until the cheese starts to brown... but be careful not to burn the pepperoni. We keep a close eye on it!Blot the top of the pepperoni and cheese with a napkin to soak up any excess grease.Serve and enjoy!

- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 15x10x1-inch pan.
- Cook spaghetti in large pot as directed on package. Drain, and quickly rinse spaghetti and pot with cool water.
- In small bowl, beat milk, eggs and salts with whisk. Add to spaghetti, along with 1 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese; stir to combine. Pour onto pan; spread evenly. Bake 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Top with Toppings. Bake at 350°F 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a 7x11-inch baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir spaghetti sauce into pasta until coated; add 2 to 3 layers of pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms on top of spaghetti. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 20 minutes; uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and continue baking until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

- 1. Boil water & salt for Spaghetti noodles, once it starts boiling, add noodles. Brown meat in a separate frying pan. Once noodles are cooked, drain and put in a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine milk & egg & whisk. Poor over pasta & add jar of sauce, can of tomatoes, garlic powder, & oregano. Mix all together well. On top of pasta mixture, layer the ground meat, then add a layer of pepperoni's. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, & Italian cheese. And layer more pepperoni. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

- Spread ground beef over spaghetti mixture and top with 1/2 of the pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian cheese blend over pepperoni and top with the remaining pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes.

- Cook spaghetti with 1/2 teaspoons salt according to package directions. Drain well, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. (If you are adding onions and or green peppers cook them along with the sausage) Drain and set aside. Wipe skillet clean. Add pepperoni, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until slightly crisp.
- Top spaghetti in baking dish with sausage; pour pasta sauce over sausage (add any additional veggies etc at this time as well.) Arrange half of pepperoni slices evenly over pasta sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Arrange remaining half of pepperoni slices evenly over cheese. Cover with nonstick or lightly greased aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; remove foil, and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown.
- For OAMC: Freeze the unbaked casserole up to one month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, and bake as directed.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti until very al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- Add pizza sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, pepperoni, bell pepper, olives and Italian seasoning. Transfer mixture to a large baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan and add mini pepperoni in a single layer. Bake until cheese is melted and starting to turn golden on top, about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
BAKED PIZZA SPAGHETTI

- Saute onions, bell peppers and mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Add garlic about halfway through saute. Work the steak sauce through the raw ground beef. Remove vegetables from pan and set aside. Add ground beef to the pan and brown beef with 1/2 tablespoon of oregano, black pepper, and 1/2-teaspoon salt. Drain the fat from the pan. Add the vegetables back to the pan with the beef. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1 1/2 cans diced tomatoes. (These may or may not be needed, the recipe is somewhat imprecise).
- Gradually add the remaining oregano and the wine, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 25 minutes. Add pinch of sugar. Add cooked spaghetti noodles and mix thoroughly. Pour 1/2 of the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking pan. Top with sliced cheddar cheese. Add remaining spaghetti mixture and top with mozzarella and Parmesan. If the pepperoni is low fat, it can be added on top of the cheese at this time. If not, it should be cooked in the microwave for 2 minutes, on a paper towel, until the grease runs out, then added 5 minutes before the spaghetti is ready to come out of the oven. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
CLASSIC PIZZAGHETTI
One of my many aunts passed this simple recipe along to me years ago and it's now a family favorite. Its incredibly easy to make. I usually use more cheese than the recipe calls for. I also usually brown the ground beef with a little garlic.

- First, cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Set aside and let cool a bit.
- Brown the ground beef until well-cooked and then stir in the sauce. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Spray a 9 by 12 glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread a little of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the pan and then top with a layer of spaghetti. Add another (thicker) layer of sauce, followed by a layer of pepperoni and a layer of cheese. Repeat until you are out of sauce, ending with a layer of cheese.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven about 25 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.
PIZZA CASSEROLE
Pizza Casserole tastes like eating pizza but in pasta form, almost like a lasagna. It has ten layers including mozzarella & ricotta cheeses, ground beef, pepperoni, noodles and an amped up spaghetti/pizza sauce. It is absolutely mouthwatering comfort food. This main dish is terrific for company or potlucks since it can serve 15 people. It's also wonderful reheated for lunches.

- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Brown the meat; drain.
- Boil noodles until al dente.
- Drain; add 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir to combine.
- Set aside.
- If using, stir onion, peppers, mushrooms, olives, Italian seasoning and basil into spaghetti sauce.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato/ spaghetti/pizza sauce on the bottom of a deep-dish 9x13" baking dish or roaster pan.
- Second layer, spread half of the noodles over top of sauce layer.
- Third layer, spread half of the cooked ground beef over top of the noodle layer.
- Fourth layer, spread half of the remaining sauce over top of the ground beef layer.
- Fifth layer, spread the rest of the noodles over top of the sauce layer.
- Sixth layer, spread half of the Ricotta cheese on top of the noodle layer and half the mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta cheese.
- Seventh layer, spread the rest of the cooked ground beef over top of the mozzarella cheese layer.
- Eighth layer, spread the rest of the sauce over top of the ground beef layer.
- Ninth layer, spread the rest of the mozzarella cheese over top of the sauce layer.
- Tenth layer, spread the pepperoni over top of the mozzarella cheese layer.
- Cover with foil, and bake for 60 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15-30 minutes.
- Cook until the casserole is bubbly, cheese is melted and the middle of the casserole is thoroughly cooked.
