Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Open up all three cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Next, combine the white sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon. (3 teaspoons of cinnamon gives it a fairly strong cinnamon flavor. If you're not so hot on cinnamon, cut it back to 2 teaspoons.) Dump these into a 1 gallon zip bag and shake to mix evenly.
- Drop all of the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon-sugar mix. Once all the biscuit quarters are in the bag seal it and give it a vigorous shake. This will get all those pieces unstuck from one another and nicely coated with cinnamon-sugar. Spread these nuggets out evenly in the bundt pan.
- At this point, you're going to want to melt the two sticks of butter together with ½ cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. This can be light or dark brown sugar. Cook butter/sugar mixture, stirring for a few minutes until the two become one. Once the brown sugar butter has become one color, you can pour it over the biscuits.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is a deep dark brown on top. When it's finished cooking, remove it from the oven. If you have the willpower, allow it to cool for about 15-30 minutes before turning it over onto a plate.
PIONEER WOMAN'S MONKEY BREAD
Wow wow wow. Clearly, USC alums can cook ;) Loving this easy, simple and oh so delicious and gluttonous treat! This calls for a bundt pan but I've successfully cut the recipe in a third and used a loaf pan.

Steps:
- preheat that oven to 350.
- open up all three cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- At this time you'll want to combine the 1 cup of regular sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon. I use 3 teaspoons of cinnamon and this gives it a fairly strong cinnamon flavor. If you're not so hot on cinnamon, cut it back to 2 teaspoons. Dump these into a 1 gallon zip bag and shake to mix evenly.
- drop all of the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon-sugar mix. Go ahead...all of them. Yes, they're sticking together right now, but just trust me.
- Once all the biscuit quarters are in the bag, seal it and give it a vigorous shake. You might have some excess sugar left over and that's okay.
- Spread these nuggets out evenly in your bundt pan. I suppose you might want to grease this pan before doing this, but I'm pretty sure the gallon of butter we are about to add will keep it safe. Un-greased always works for me.
- melt those two sticks of butter together with 1/2cup of brown sugar. This can be light or dark brown sugar.
- Stir together over a medium-high heat until the two become one.
- Once the brown sugar butter has become one color, you can pour it over the biscuits. At first...it's going to look like too much. It's okay though.
- Bake this @ 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is a deep brown on top.
- If you have the willpower, allow this to cool for about 15-30 minutes before turning it over onto a plate. If it doesn't slide right down onto the plate, give it a few love-taps until it plops. It'll hold.

PECAN PIE MONKEY BREAD
Steps:
- For the dough: Dissolve the yeast in the water in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add 3 cups of the flour, the milk, butter, sugar, salt and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to form a firm dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, 6 to 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- For the caramel: Generously butter a 10-inch bundt pan. Bring the brown sugar, butter and cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Pour half into the greased bundt pan and sprinkle with the pecans.
- For assembly: Punch the risen dough down and shape into 40 balls (1 to 1 1/4 inches in diameter). Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Pour the melted butter into another bowl. Roll the balls in the butter and then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 20 balls in the bundt pan and top with remaining caramel and the pecans. Lastly, place the final 20 balls of dough into the pan. Cover the bundt pan and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake until the top is a deep golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a large resealable plastic bag. Separate the biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Put all the biscuit pieces into the bag with the sugar mixture and shake vigorously to coat.
- Put the coated biscuit pieces in a large bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup of the cherry pie filling for garnish and add the rest to the bowl. Add the chocolate chips and melted butter and toss to mix well.
- Transfer the biscuit mixture to the prepared pan, making sure it is evenly distributed. Bake the bread until the top is a deep golden brown and the center of the dough is cooked through, 40 to 45 minutes. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a platter. Garnish the top with the reserved cherries and mint leaves. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Fill a large ziptop bag with the granulated sugar, salt and orange zest. Seal the bag and shake it around until the zest and sugar are totally combined. Cut the chilled biscuits into quarters. Add the biscuit pieces to the bag, seal it and shake/toss it around until all the biscuit pieces are coated in the orange sugar. Pour the pieces into a bundt or tube pan and set aside.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla and orange juice until just barely combined. Pour the mixture all over the biscuit pieces, scraping the pan to get all the butter/brown sugar out. Let it settle for a second, then place the pan in the oven.
- Bake until the top of the biscuits are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Transfer the pan to a rack and let it sit for at least 10 minutes (but no more than 15), then turn the cake out of the pan onto a cake plate. Let cool briefly before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and roll into balls. Combine 2/3 cup of the sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the cinnamon, the cardamom and the zest from 1 orange in a shallow dish. Roll the biscuit balls in the mixture. Place the coated balls in the pan, sprinkling some of the mixture over the balls occasionally while filling the pan.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the remaining 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and the vanilla. Warm, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining orange zest and pour over the top of the biscuit balls.
- Bake until the top of the bread is golden and caramelized, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit at least 5 minutes. Unmold the monkey bread onto a cake plate. Slice or pull apart to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Open the cinnamon roll tubes and remove the frosting cups; set them aside to come to room temperature. Separate the dough into individual cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 6 pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. After it is melted, continue to cook it for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the foam and butter underneath are golden brown. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla (it will bubble up!). Once the bubbles have subsided, whisk in the brown sugar until smooth and well combined.
- Meanwhile, thoroughly spray a 12-cup nonstick Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add half of the cinnamon roll pieces to the mixing bowl with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Toss well to coat the pieces. Place the pieces in the Bundt pan, creating an even layer. Drizzle with half of the butter-brown sugar mixture. Repeat tossing and layering with remaining ingredients, stirring butter-brown sugar mixture before drizzling, if needed.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the monkey bread has puffed up about 1 inch in the pan and the top is deep brown. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then place a dinner plate over the top of the pan. With oven mitts, hold the pan and dinner plate together, then flip over. Carefully remove the bundt pan (give it a few taps if the bread doesn't seem to be releasing) and let it slide out onto the plate.
- Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with a small rubber spatula until very smooth. Add in the contents of the frosting cups, whisking well to combine. Dollop the icing all over the top of the monkey bread, letting it melt into the top and drizzle down the sides. Serve immediately.
QUICK HERB AND CHEESE MONKEY BREAD
Prepared biscuit dough is the base for this pull-apart loaf, which is formed by rolling the dough in olive oil and herbs before piling in a bundt pan, which helps turn the loaf crispy and golden brown. Our tasters called them the Southern version of pizza-shop garlic knots.

Steps:
- Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Spray a bundt or tube pan lightly with cooking spray.
- Toss the Parmesan, oregano, garlic, rosemary and thyme in a small bowl until well mixed. Roll each biscuit half into a ball. Put 8 of the balls in a medium bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the oil, tossing until well coated. Transfer each ball to the Parmesan mixture to coat, then place in the prepared pan. Working in batches of 8, repeat with the remaining dough balls, overlapping in the pan as necessary.
- Bake until the dough is puffed and browned, about 50 minutes; check halfway through the baking time and tent with foil if the bread is browning too quickly.
- Let the bread cool 10 minutes. Loosen the bread from the sides of the pan with a thin spatula. Invert the pan onto a baking sheet, then flip the bread (decorative-side up) onto a serving plate.
