Steps:

Pour white wine, lemon-lime beverage, pineapple juice, and pineapple chunks in a glass. Stir to combine.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple
6 ounces dry white wine
3 ounces fresh pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
9 ounces sherry
6 very small wedges pineapple

Steps:

Soak the crushed pineapple in the white wine for two or three hours. Pour into a cocktail shaker and add all other ingredients except the pineapple wedges. Chill mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator. Stir and strain into 6 cocktail glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges.

This is a tropical take on the traditional sangria, with the addition of pineapple and coconut rum. A summertime drink perfect for any party.

Ingredients

1 (750-milliliter) bottle white wine
1 medium orange, sliced into wedges
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
1 fresh pineapple , cut to your preference
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups ginger ale
1/2 cup coconut rum
Fresh mint sprigs, for optional garnish

Steps:

Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon wedges into the white wine.
Toss in the citrus wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and pineapple pieces; then add the sugar and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, add ginger ale, rum, and some ice. Garnish with mint, if using.
