Pineapple Whipped Cream Food

PINEAPPLE WHIPPED CREAM

Steps:

• Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.
• Remove the bowl from the freezer. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and pineapple jello powder, and beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form / it's scoop-able with a spoon and holds its shape.
• Use on cakes, cupcakes, pies, fruity drinks etc. Place leftovers in a container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

ROASTED PINEAPPLE WITH WHIPPED CREAM

Steps:

• Spray both sides of the pineapple rings with nonstick cooking spray. Rub the pineapple slices with the dark brown sugar.
• In a small chilled bowl, beat the cold whipping cream with an electric beater until it starts to thicken. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat until it forms soft peaks. Add the rum and continue beating until medium stiff peaks form.
• Heat a grill or grill pan until very hot. Spray the grill with more nonstick cooking spray. Brush the pineapple slices with butter and lay the pineapple in a single layer on the grill until browned, turning once, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
• Add the pineapple and let roast until brown. Remove to a plate and allow to cool slightly.
• Arrange the pineapple slices on a serving platter, then add a large dollop of the chilled whipped cream to each slice. Serve 2 pineapple rings per person. Garnish; with small bunches of mint or a few mint leaves.

PINEAPPLE WHIP

Steps:

• Whisk cream, pineapple juice, and sugar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved; stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 6 hours.
• Transfer pineapple mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions.

BUTTER CAKE WITH PINEAPPLE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING

Steps:

• Let pineapple drain about 2 hours before baking.
• According to the cake mix, have 1 stick of butter and 3 large eggs at room temperature.
• Place a medium bowl and the beaters of an electric blender in the freezer.
• Bake cake in any size pan you wish.
• When cake is done, and cooled, add whipping cream and powdered sugar (more or less according to your taste) to the bowl that was in the freezer.
• Use the cold beaters to whip the cream until set. (about 4 minutes?)
• Blend in pineapple.
• Cream should be thick enough to stay on the blenders when you lift them out.
• Frost cake.

PINEAPPLE MARSHMALLOW DESSERT

Steps:

• In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and milk. Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
• Stir in lemon extract, pineapple and whipped cream. Mix well.
• Combine graham crumbs and butter. Press 1 1/2 cups into a 13 x 9" pan.
• Spread the pineapple mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
• Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours before serving.

CREAMY PINEAPPLE PIE

Steps:

• Combine milk, pineapple and lemon juice; fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate until serving. If desired, serve with toasted macadamia nuts and additional crushed pineapple.
