DUNCAN HINES PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the sides of a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour melted butter into the pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange the pineapple slices and cherries on top of the brown sugar.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix with water, oil and eggs. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Then pour the mixture into the pan (on top of the pineapples and cherries).
- Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife on around the sides of the pan to loosen the cake and flip it over onto a serving platter. Pour the remaining juices in the pan all over the cake.
- Top the cake with whipped cream. Serve warm (or cool).
- Enjoy!

PINEAPPLE DREAM CAKE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of an 11x13-inch pan with oil or butter, or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, water, butter, and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 more minutes.
- Add the sour cream and crushed pineapple to the batter and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 33 to 38 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, prepare the whipped topping. Whisk the pudding and drained crushed pineapple until combined. Gently mix in the whipped topping.
- Spread the whipped cream frosting over the cooled cake. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!

PINEAPPLE SUPREME CAKE
No matter where I take this dessert it always gets raves. Men especially seem to like this dessert. Mom always took this to church potlucks along with other favorites and whenever we would have the ministers retreats they always requested it.

Steps:
- 1. Combine ingredients in order listed. Mix well, but do not beat; granulated sugar, eggs, brown sugar and pineapple. Add; flour, soda and salt. Stir with spoon (do not use a mixer) only until well blended. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
- 2. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish (I prefer glass over metal) and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- 3. Five minutes before cake comes out of oven, mix together; granulated sugar, butter canned milk and vanilla. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4 minutes.
- 4. As soon as cake comes out of oven, make holes at 1/2" intervals over entire surface. Slowly pour hot mixture over entire cake, making sure to get around edges, too. This cake can be wrapped and frozen. Remove from freezer and allow to thaw slowly. It will taste like you just baked it. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
PINEAPPLE CAKE SUPREME
Steps:
- Prepare cake as directed on the box and pour into a 13" x 9" pan or glass dish sprayed with a little Pam Cooking Oil, just enough to coat the bottom and sides of pan. Let cool.
- After cake has cooled poke holes in cake. Then pour over cake the sweetened condensed milk and then the pineapple preserves. Spread preserves evenly over cake.
- Place Cool Whip in a large bowl and fold in coconut flakes. Spread evenly over cake. When done top with mandarin orange slices.

- 1. When cake is done,poke holes in top of cake with a fork or end of a wooden spoon.
- 2. While cake is cooling,in a saucepan add your sugar,butter and milk.cook over medium heat stirring constantly until all is dissolved 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Pour topping over warm cake.( the sauce does not thicken.)
