COOL WHIPPED FROSTING

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix with milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until no streaks remain. Spread evenly over cake.

CREAM CHEESE PINEAPPLE PUDDING/FROSTING

Steps:

• Mix pudding with 1 cup milk, and softened cream cheese, and mix on low with electric mixer until blended.
• Stir in pineapple, then fold in cool whip.
• Frost a yellow or white cake and keep refrigerated. So yummy!

Steps:

• Mix all together with a spoon.
• Spread over cooled cake.

PINEAPPLE DELIGHT CAKE

Steps:

• Beat cake mix, oil, oranges and eggs together.
• Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
• Cool completely.
• Make frosting: Drain a little of the juice off the pineapple and reserve.
• Put the pineapple in a large bowl.
• Sprinkle pudding on top.
• Fold in Cool Whip.
• If this seems stiff, add some of reserved juice.
• Frost cake, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

PINEAPPLE DREAM CAKE

Steps:

• Make cake according to package directions in 3 9" cake pans (or one 13x9 pan) that have been greased and floured.
• Cool cake completely.
• To make frosting mix pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice. Then fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
• Frost cake (you may have to secure layers with tooth pick).
• Must chill cake at least 4 hours before serving, overnight is best.

• In a large bowl, stir together pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple.
• Gently stir in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
• Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
• Chill for a couple of hours before serving.

HOW TO MAKE COOL WHIP FROSTING

Steps:

• Combine the pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. Using a medium-sized bowl, pour out pudding mix, then add the milk and vanilla. Whisk the ingredients together until they're well blended and it mixture begins to thicken. You can substitute in almond extract in place of the vanilla extract for a sophisticated flavor variation. You can substitute other flavored pudding mixes in place of the vanilla for variety, like chocolate, butterscotch, cheesecake, etc.
• Fold in the whipped topping. Add the whipped topping to the ingredients in the bowl. Using a spatula, fold the ingredients together gently to combine. When adding the whipped topping, it's important to fold it in gently rather than stir it in to maintain the consistency. Be sure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed so that the frosting is a uniform color and not streaked. At this point you can add several drops of food coloring if you'd like a colored frosting.
• Spread the frosting. Using a spatula, begin spreading the frosting over your desired dessert, several tablespoons at a time. Once the entire surface is covered, use the spatula to smooth out the frosting and ensure that it's evenly distributed across the surface. You can spread this frosting on a variety of cakes and desserts, from angel food cake to cupcakes to sheet cakes. If you like, you can use a butter knife or the spatula to create a wave-like design in the frosting. As an alternative, you can spoon the frosting into a pastry bag (or a plastic storage bag with a small hole cut from one of the corners), and, using a frosting tip, squeeze frosting onto your dessert.

PINEAPPLE DREAM CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of an 11x13-inch pan with oil or butter, or line with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, water, butter, and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 more minutes.
• Add the sour cream and crushed pineapple to the batter and mix until combined.
• Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 33 to 38 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
• Meanwhile, prepare the whipped topping. Whisk the pudding and drained crushed pineapple until combined. Gently mix in the whipped topping.
• Spread the whipped cream frosting over the cooled cake. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!

VANILLA/PINEAPPLE COOL WHIP FROSTING

Steps:

• In a large bowl, mix vanilla instant pudding and crushed pineapples, with juice, until mixed well. Fold in Cool Whip.
• Frost cake and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
