WORTH-IT HOMEMADE CURRY POWDER
Here is another recipe from my favourite paper Weekly Times. I am saving this to use in a few curry recipes which need curry powder, which I have tagged to make at a later date. I have all this either in my pantry of growing so it should be easy to make. I do not know how much it makes, so I have guessed.

This recipe comes from Vegetariana a great cook book to have when vegaterian guests are coming. I keep a premixed can of this easy to make curry powder on hand at all times. It is NOT a HOT curry, just aromatic and flavoursome.

HOMEMADE CURRY POWDER
Though Asian homes rarely have a standard curry mix or even use a fixed bled - this is a good goo curry mix when in a super rush. Another wonderful recipe from the hit TV Show Kum Kharch Bala Nasheen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqanzD4u4ZM
