- Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside until ready to use.
- In a large, deep skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken and season with a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside with the pasta.
- Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and melt, then stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in flour and italian seasoning cook for about 1 minute or until golden. Whisk in milk and chicken broth and simmer for several minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in half of the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss the cooked pasta and chicken with the sauce to coat, then stir in remaining Parmesan cheese and ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh grated Parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.

- To a large pot, cook the pasta according to package directions, drain; set aside. While the pasta cooks, continue with the recipe.
- To a very large skillet, add the olive oil, chicken, and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes or until done; stir and flip intermittently to ensure even cooking.
- Add the red pepper, green beans, cover, and allow vegetables to steam for about 4 minutes, or until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant; stir nearly continuously.
- Evenly sprinkle with salt, pepper, and stir to combine.
- Add the pasta and stir to combine.
- Add the cheese and toss and stir to combine; stir nearly continuously until melted.
- Add the basil, stir to combine, and taste for seasoning balance. Add more salt, pepper, or basil if desired and serve immediately.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken cubes, reducing heat if necessary, until no longer pink in center and juices run clear. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups cream to a simmer, stirring often. Whisk in bouillon and cheese until well blended and bouillon has dissolved completely. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water, and whisk into mixture. Cook and stir 2 minutes more, then remove from heat and set aside.
- Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Stir in prosciutto, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender, about 3 minutes. Add chicken, reduce heat, and continue cooking until chicken is heated through. Return sauce to the stove and add remaining 1/4 cup cream and parsley flakes. Heat through.
