CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO
This chicken fettuccine Alfredo is very creamy and tasty. You'll be surprised it's so low-fat. A filling dish, this recipe mixes tender chunks of chicken with peas, noodles and a smooth sauce. -LaDonna Reed, Ponca City, Oklahoma

FETTUCCINE WITH PEAS AND HAM
This is one of the recipes I adopted from the Recipezaar account. I chose it because a local restaurant makes a similar dish that I absolutely love. Susie in Texas was kind enough to test out the recipe and I have incorporated her suggestion of reversing a couple of steps. The directions now read according to her suggestions. I hope you enjoy it!

PEPPERONI AND PASTA ALFREDO
I came across this recipe in one of my cookbooks, Texas Blossoms. I have modified it a tad bit, but not too much. This is an excellent dish to bring to a pot luck, buffet or even for serving to "company". It doesn't have a lot of sauce so, in turn, you don't taste just the Alfredo sauce. The pepperoni gives it an outstanding flavor and since it has green peas you can "kid" yourself that it's a healthy dish...lol! Please don't let the long list of ingredients deter you from trying this recipe. If you like pasta and pepperoni you must try this dish.
