Steps:
- Add 2 tablespoons sugar to pizza dough.
- Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and spread dough out, making rim around the edge.
- Drizzle dough with honey. Arrange pears on dough; spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle blue cheese, raisins, and walnuts over pears.
- Bake at 425 until crust is browned, 15 to 20 minutes.

A very interesting appetizer pizza. Sounds strange, but everyone will love the unique combination of fragrant pears and distinctive Gorgonzola.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Place pizza crust dough on a medium baking sheet. Layer with Provolone cheese. Top cheese with Bosc pear slices. Sprinkle with walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Remove from heat. Top with chives and slice to serve.

- Make the Pizza Dough: Add the warm water and tablespoon of sugar to a medium bowl and whisk together. Add the yeast and don't mix - let sit for 5 minutes. It should be kind of creamy and foamy looking. Stir in the flour, olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until a shaggy dough forms. Flour your counter and dump the dough out. Lightly flour the dough and begin kneading it - knead it for 5 minutes. Set a timer! Once you're done kneading it, spray the same bowl (no need to clean it out) with nonstick spray and shape the dough into a ball. Set it in the bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Make the Streusel: While the dough rises, make the streusel. Blend all streusel ingredients together in a food processor until crumbly and clumping together. Set aside.
- Make the Filling: While the dough rises, make the filling. Rinse and slice your pears into 1/4 to 1/2 " thick slices. Add all filling ingredients to a medium or large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Set a timer for 4 minutes - cook the pears, gently stirring with a silicone spatula. Once the time is up, turn off the heat and remove the pan from the burner. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- Assemble the Pizza: Once the dough has risen, plop it into the greased pan and press it out and up the sides a bit. Spoon the pears (leaving behind most of the excess liquid) over the crust and sprinkle the streusel on top. It may seem like a lot of streusel but use it all - trust!
