Peanut butter lovers won't be able to eat just one of these delectable dessert squares. these chocolaty brownies are sandwiched between a graham cracker crust and peanut butter mouse. They're irresistible!

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
BROWNIE LAYER:
3/4 cup butter, cubed
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
PEANUT CREAM TOPPING:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
12 miniature peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil; grease the foil. In a small bowl, combine the butter, flour, cracker crumbs and sugar; press into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle peanuts over crust. , In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla and chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour. Spread over crust. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. , For topping, warm peanut butter for 30 seconds in a microwave. Gradually fold in whipped topping; spread over brownies. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups. Using foil, lift brownies out of pan; remove foil. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.

Fudgy Chocolate Brownies with a natural peanut butter swirl. I used to think making brownies from scratch was hard, until I created this recipe. Easy and quick. Great for week night desserts. My kids were a huge fan of these! Bring them to your neighborhood pot luck and make sure to bring the recipe.

1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 -6 teaspoons of natural creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together melted butter, and sugars.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, stir.
  • Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour brownie batter into a 11x7inch pan.
  • Drop teaspoons of peanut butter onto the batter.
  • Using a butter knife swirl peanut butter in a figure eight pattern.
  • Make sure to incorporate the peanut butter through out the batter, but DO NOT over mix.
  • Over "swirling" will mix the batter and you will not get the visual peanut butter effect.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cool in pan.
  • Cut and enjoy!

1 lb unsalted butter
1 lb semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
6 extra large eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
2 cups peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x18x1 1/2 sheet pan.
  • Melt together butter, chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Cool slightly. In a separate bowl stir together egs, vanilla and sugar. Stir egg mixture into warm chocolate and cool to room temperature.
  • In another separate bowl, combine 1 C flour, baking powder and salt. Add to cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Toss peanut butter chips in 1/4C flour to coat. Add to the chocolate batter.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until they pull away from the side of the pan.

1 1/2 cups butter or 1 1/2 cups margarine, divided
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (18 ounce) jar chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
10 large marshmallows
1/4 cup cocoa
1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Cook 1 cup butter and 1/3 cup cocoa in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
  • Combine sugar, flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add chocolate mixture, and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.
  • Spread mixture into a greased 15x10 jellyroll pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Remove lid from peanut butter jar; microwave peanut butter at MEDIUM (50% power) 2 minutes, stirring once.
  • Spread over warm brownies.
  • Chill 30 minutes.
  • Cook remaining 1/2 c.
  • butter, milk, and marshmallows in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until marshmallows melt.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Whisk in 1/4 cup cocoa; gradually stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Spread over peanut butter, and chill 20 minutes.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Grease bottom only of 13x9 pan.
  • In medium bowl, combine brownie mix with oil, water and eggs; stir until well blended.
  • Spread in bottom of pan.
  • Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven & immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly over warm brownies.
  • Return pan to oven for 1-2 minutes.
  • Cool while preparing topping.
  • In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar & corn syrup; blend well.
  • Cook over medium heat until mix comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat & add peanut butter.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Add cereal, peanuts & candy corn; mix well.
  • Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows; spread to cover.
  • When completely cool cut into bars.
