1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
15 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Mix the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Place the remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the peanut butter cups. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

I am a connoisseur of peanut butter pies. Some are too fluffy, some are too dense. This is just right. I found this one in a Smucker's (R) ad and I've never had better, especially now that I've made a couple small changes. Reserve a spot at the gym, because you'll need it after you make this! (And trust me, licking the spoon is reason enough to make it.)

1 chocolate cookie pie crust
1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy--I like crunchy myself)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping, divided
2 tablespoons hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
  • Gently fold in 3 cups of whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into pie shell and smooth to edges of the shell.
  • Reserving 2 Tbs. of hot fudge topping, place the remainder of the topping into a microwave safe container and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir.
  • Spread the hotfudge topping over the peanut butter layer.
  • Refrigerate until serving time.
  • Just before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the hor fudge layer, being careful not to mix the layers.
  • Place 2 Tbs. of hot fudge topping (room temperature) in a small baggie and knead for a few seconds. Cut a tiny hole in the corner of the baggie and drizzle over the pie to make it pretty.

25 whole chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
One 8-ounce package whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

  • For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Crush the cookies until they're fine crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the top and stir with a fork to combine. Press into a pie pan and bake until set, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • For the filling: Beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in the thawed whipped topping and beat until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Pour the filling into the crust, evening out the top with a knife or spatula. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

3/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
2 reduced-fat graham cracker crusts (9 inches)
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in milk and vanilla until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crusts. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight., Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with peanuts. Store leftovers in the freezer.

4 tbsp melted butter
225g Peanut butter
225g Creamy cheese (Philadelphia)
175g Icing sugar
225g Whipped cream

Steps:

  • Crumb Oreos and mix with melted butter
  • Press into pie dish to form crust and cook for 5 - 7 minutes at 175C/fan
  • Beat peanut butter with creamy cheese until smooth.
  • Add icing sugar then whipped cream, beating until smooth.

1 12-ounce box vanilla wafers, crushed in a food proccessor (3 cups crumbs)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 14-ounce condensed milk (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
8 to 10 ounces Cool Whip (3 cups), more for garnish
Semisweet chocolate shavings, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 °F. Place vanilla wafer crumbs in a medium bowl. Pour over the melted butter and stir to combine. Divide equally into two 9-inch pie tins.   • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake until brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
  • With a heavy-duty stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk the cream at high speed until it forms stiff peaks. Transfer to a large clean bowl and set aside.
  • Fit the stand mixer with the paddle attachment and a clean bowl; add the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla and beat at high speed until the mixture is smooth and silky.
  • Gently fold the cream cheese-peanut butter mixture into the whipped cream with a spatula until completely blended. Spoon into the cooled pie shell and smooth out the top. Place the pie in the freezer for 1 hour or until ready to serve (if you are going to leave it in the freezer awhile, wrap it in plastic wrap after 1 hour so it doesn't get freezer burn).
  • Take the pie out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Slice it and pig out!

8oz cool whip. 2 9 inch pie crusts. I use graham cracker crusts, but Oreo/chocolate crusts are great. Mix 1st 3 ingredients with mixer until creamy. Add powdered sugar and stir. Stir in cool whip. Pour into pie shells and freeze. I garnish with grated/shaved chocolate or chopped up peanut butter cups.
