  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crusts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Sprinkle with peanuts.

Steps:

  • For crust: Mix all ingredients in 9 inch round pie pan.

1/4 pound chocolate, shaved into curls
Fresh mint sprigs
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
4 cups heavy cream, whipped until thick, in all

Steps:

  • Using an electric mixture, fitted with the whip attachment, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter, milk and roasted peanuts and beat well. 1 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
Pinch salt
3 cups pretzels
4 whole graham crackers
1/3 cup (5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon) butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
One 8-ounce brick cream cheese, cold
1/3 cup heavy cream, cold
2/3 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • For the caramel sauce: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a 10-inch springform pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Add the sugar to a heavy-bottomed saute pan over medium heat and let the sugar melt without stirring. Continue to cook until the sugar turns a deep brown color around the edges, but is still clear in some places, 3 to 4 minutes, then turn off. Stir, making sure all the sugar has melted. Slowly pour in the cream, stirring the entire time, and being careful because the sugar is very hot and will probably splatter. If the caramel sauce seizes up, just return it to the heat and stir until all the lumps dissolve. Stir in the salt and set aside to cool.
  • For the crust: Add the pretzels and graham crackers to a food processor and pulse until ground. Drizzle in the melter butter and pulse to evenly coat. Transfer the pretzel mixture to a bowl and pour in 1/2 cup caramel sauce. Stir to combine and press into the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the prepared springform pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  • For the filling: Whip the sugar and cream cheese in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until evenly combined. Add the cream and continue to whip until smooth and light. Add the peanut butter and mix until the filling is creamy and well combined. Add the filling evenly to the cooled crust.
  • For the garnish: Whip the heavy cream and sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until light and fluffy and the cream holds the shape of the whisk. Spoon it evenly over the filling. Refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes or until ready to serve. Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle peanuts on top just before serving.

1/4 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
2 cups cold milk, divided
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
1/2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min.; cool.
  • Beat chocolate pudding mix and 1 cup milk with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spread onto bottom of crust. Gradually add remaining milk to cream cheese in large bowl, beating constantly with mixer until well blended. Add dry vanilla pudding mix; beat 2 min.
  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. peanut butter. Add remaining peanut butter to vanilla pudding mixture; beat until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP. Spread over chocolate pudding layer to within 1 inch of edge. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. When ready to serve, microwave remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec. or until melted when stirred. Melt chocolate as directed on package. Drizzle peanut butter, then chocolate over pie.

4 tbsp melted butter
225g Peanut butter
225g Creamy cheese (Philadelphia)
175g Icing sugar
225g Whipped cream

Steps:

  • Crumb Oreos and mix with melted butter
  • Press into pie dish to form crust and cook for 5 - 7 minutes at 175C/fan
  • Beat peanut butter with creamy cheese until smooth.
  • Add icing sugar then whipped cream, beating until smooth.
  • Pour filling into crust, even out the top with a spatula etc. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix wafer crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min.; cool.
  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. peanut butter; beat remaining peanut butter with cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of crust. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.; spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until firm. When ready to serve, spread remaining COOL WHIP over pie. Microwave remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened; stir until smooth. Melt chocolate as directed on package. Drizzle peanut butter and chocolate over pie.
