1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup corn starch
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 egg whites
6 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and pour over crushed graham crackers. Stir in vanilla and combine all ingredients. Once combined, press into a 9" pie plate. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • For the custard, mix milk, honey, and corn starch into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Lightly beat the yolks in a bowl, and once the custard mixture has reached a boil, temper the eggs by mixing a spoonful of the hot custard mix with the yolks. Then, pour the yolk mixture into the saucepan and continue cooking the custard until thick (about 10 minutes or so). Pull off heat, add in butter, vanilla, and peanut butter.
  • For the honey filling, pour honey over graham crust, then sprinkle chocolate chips over the honey. Pour custard on top.
  • For the meringue, whip the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add in the sugar and the mixture to whip until it forms stiff peaks. Pour the meringue over the custard, and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the meringue is golden brown.
  • Chill before serving.

Steps:

  • Make the crust: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Have a nonstick standard 9-inch pie plate ready, or generously butter a 9-inch standard pie plate. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, flour and salt. Add butter, stirring and mashing with a fork, until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  • Transfer the crumbs to the prepared pan and press them evenly into the bottom and sides until crust is about 1/4-inch thick. Bake crust until it looks dry and set, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer the pan to a rack to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Make the filling: In a large bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks using an electric mixer at medium-high speed. Set aside. In another large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and salt on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Use a large rubber spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and smooth the top. Chill uncovered for at least 4 to 6 hours, until filling is set.
  • Make the topping, if using: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and the butter together in short bursts, stirring often. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a small plastic bag, and cut a 1/8-inch hole in one corner. Drizzle the chocolate over the top to make a decorative pattern. 1 (15.5 ounce) package brownie mix
¼ cup peanut butter chips
⅓ cup Mott's® Original Applesauce
3 tablespoons water
1 egg

½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place pie crust in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate according to package directions; flute edge.

1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
8 oz mascarpone cheese (at room temperature)
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, up to you)
1 cup confectioner's sugar ((4 ounces by weight))
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar
chopped peanut butter cups (for garnish (about 6 mini, or 2 regular))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a food processor, pulse together the graham crackers and sugar, until ground.
  • Add the melted butter, and pulse until evenly moistened, about 10 times.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a 9" pie plate, pushing the crust about halfway up the sides.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until it looks dry and has lots its sheen, then cool completely on a wire rack.
  • To make the filling, with a hand mixer, beat the mascarpone, peanut butter, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract, until fluffy and light, about 2 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture in 3 separate installments.

I found this one in a Smucker's (R) ad and I've never had better, especially now that I've made a couple small changes. Reserve a spot at the gym, because you'll need it after you make this! (And trust me, licking the spoon is reason enough to make it.)

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy--I like crunchy myself)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping, divided
2 tablespoons hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
  • Gently fold in 3 cups of whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into pie shell and smooth to edges of the shell.

1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
One 9-inch graham cracker crust
1/4 cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped

Steps:

  • Heat the milk in a small pot over low heat until warm. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly; mixture should be thick but have a pourable consistency.
  • In a large bowl using an electric mixer on high, beat together the cream cheese with the peanut butter and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, beat together the heavy cream with the vanilla until doubled in volume and soft peaks form.
  • Stir one-third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to lighten it. Fold in the remaining whipped cream until combined.
  • Spread into the graham cracker crust. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the pie and sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Place the pie in the freezer to set up, about 1 hour.
