Start Independence Day off with a bang. Use Original Bisquick mix for an easy start to these colorful pancakes.

Ingredients

2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon red food color
Whipped cream
Fresh blueberries

Steps:

In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and eggs until well combined. Stir in food color until blended.
Spray griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges begin to bubble. Turn; cook until pancakes are set.
Serve pancakes topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined, the batter will be a little lumpy.
Divide the batter evenly between 3 bowls or glasses. Add red food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to another and mix to combine.
