Instant Pot Copycat Parmesan Pasta Roni --Have you ever been in the mood for a quick and easy meal but didn't have any of your go-to ingredients on hand? - In your Instant Pot Bowl, add the pasta. (Break it up, so it fits, the size will depend on what size Instant Pot You are using)
- Then add the olive oil, minced garlic, vegetable broth, heavy cream, and water. Then add your lid, moving the valve to the sealed position.
- Set manual high pressure for 3 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release.
- Add the Parmesan cheese mix well.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!

- Stir constantly over medium-low heat until starts to thicken.
- Add in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
- Remove from heat and let sit about five minutes.
- Serve warm and top with fresh parsley

- Combine 1 pound penne, 4 cups water and 2 teaspoons kosher salt in an Instant Pot® multi-cooker. Follow the manufacturer's guide for locking the lid and preparing to cook. Set to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
- After the pressure-cook cycle is complete, follow the manufacturer's guide for quick release and wait until the quick-release cycle is complete. Being careful of any remaining steam, unlock and remove the lid. There is no need to drain the pasta, but you can stir in 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil to keep it from sticking.

- Turn the instant pot on the ‘Sauté’ mode on ‘High’. Add the olive oil and let the pot heat up for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the beef is brown and the onions are translucent. Keep stirring and breaking down the beef with the spatula.
- Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and cook for another minute till the raw flavor of the garlic is gone.
