Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream sugar, and margarine.
- Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
- Stir in cake meal .
- Roll small balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet or parchment lined sheets.
- Make indentation in each. Add the walnut making sure to press in and cinnamon/sugar on top of each nut.
- Bake for 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway.

These were the most amazing cookies I have every tasted. They are "very" crispy. I will make this year-round, not just for Passover.

- The dough will seem dry and crumbly, but it will hold together when cooked.

- Bake @ 350° for 15 minutes.

baking with cake meal can create heavy dishes that lack the texture we get when flour is used. however, this recipe never let me down - thanks to the large amount ofeggs, it's extraordinarily light!

- Preheat the oven to 350degF.
- Lightly grease a 9 inch springform pan.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is pale yellow and thick. Add the cake meal and slivovitz. Slowly beat in the ground nuts.
- With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff but not fry. Gently fold them into the yolk-nut mixture.
- Turn the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50minutes to 1 hour, until the cake has risen substantially and is lightly colored on top.
- Cool the cake on a rack. As it cools, it will deflate.
- Remove the sides of the pan.
- It is best served the day it's made.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease baking sheets.
- Melt bittersweet chocolate and margarine together in the top of a double boiler over barely simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- Combine potato starch and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a separate large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Fold the cooled chocolate mixture, potato starch mixture, chocolate chips, and walnuts into egg mixture until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake cookies in the preheated oven for 4 minutes, turn baking sheets the opposite way in the oven, and bake until cookies are crisp on the edges, about 6 more minutes.
- Let cookies cool on sheets for about 5 minutes; transfer to wire racks to finish cooling.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 baking sheets.
- Combine farfel, matzo meal, sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs and oil and mix together until well combined. Mix in raisins. The dough will seem dry and crumbly, but will hold together after baking.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Press lightly to hold together, if necessary.

- The dough will be like thick, wet sand.
- Roll into one inch balls.
- Place on a greased (or foil lined, or parchment paper lined) cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
- Press an almond sliver into each cookie.
- Bake at 350°F.
- for 15-20 minutes, until dry and lightly brown.
