Passion Fruit Vanilla Margaritas Food

PASSION FRUIT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Scoop the pulp from the passion fruit. Put it in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients and one or two cubes of ice and shake well. Strain into a glass, either as it is or with more ice. If you like, top with a few of the seeds that are relatively separated.

PASSION FRUIT MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Combine 1 cup tequila, 1 cup passion fruit nectar, 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, 2 teaspoons superfine sugar and a pinch of salt in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour into 4 short glasses filled with crushed ice. Rub the rims with lime wedges, then add to the drink.

PINEAPPLE-PASSION FRUIT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Combine 1 1/2 ounces each reposado tequila and pineapple juice, 1 ounce thawed frozen passion fruit puree, 1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau) and 1/4 ounce each fresh lime juice and light agave syrup in a shaker with ice; shake to chill. Strain into a short glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the tequila, orange liqueur, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add the ice and blend.

PASSION FRUIT MARGARITAS

Steps:

• In cocktail shaker. Shake well all ingredients, then pour into 4 short glasses filled with crushed ice. Rub the rims with lime wedges, then add to the drink.
• Enjoy!

PASSION FRUIT-VANILLA MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Combine tequila and vanilla bean and seeds in a tall glass. Cover, and let stand 1 hour. Discard bean.
• Puree tequila mixture, Grand Marnier, sorbet, and ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve.
