Ingredients : 1 lb. swiss chard, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 coves garlic, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup water, Salt. Preparation: Finely chop the onion and the carrot, Add them in a large saucepan with the vegetable oil and cook on medium heat until tender, Add the tomato paste and stir for 1-2 mins, Add the paprika and the red pepper flakes and stir, Add the finely chopped chard and cook until soft and tender, Add the water, Bring to a boil and cook on low heat until the carrots are fully cooked, Add the salt, stir and remove from heat.
