  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Pour the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing into a large bowl.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (1-ounce) package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/3 cup Panko*
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9×13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, Ranch Seasoning and garlic. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, to taste. Place chicken in a single layer onto the prepared baking dish and top with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with Panko. Place into oven and cook until completely cooked through and golden brown on top, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • Spray 9"x11" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

5 chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies (1 can, drain slightly)
10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 onion (diced)
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread a layer of tortilla chips in the crock pot to cover the bottom. (It's ok if they are overlapping.)
  • In a medium sized bowl combine the chicken, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic and onion.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Place half of the chicken mixture on top of the chips.
  • Then top with half of the cheese.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Serve with extra tortilla chips.
