I love this green bean recipe and it is only 1 point per serving! I don't like my green beans crunchy so I leave them boiling until they are soft.

Steps:
- Trim the green beans. Rinse and pat dry with a clean towel.
- In a large stainless steel or cast iron skillet, toast the sesame seeds with no oil over medium-low heat until golden brown, about 30 seconds. Toss the skillet often so as not to burn the seeds. See them aside.
- Use the same skillet and turn the heat up to medium-high. The pan should feel pretty warm when you place your palm near the surface, about 2-3 inches away. Spread the beans in a single layer without oil. Do not disturb for 3 minutes then toss every 3 minutes or so to char and blister the beans. You should see the skin turn wrinkly and with some charred spots, about 6 minutes total.
- Add the avocado oil, stir-fry for 2 minutes with salt.
- Add the garlic and sesame oil. Sauteing and tossing for 1 minute.
- Add the coconut aminos. Keep tossing for 1 more minute.
- Turn off the heat. Transfer the beans to a serving plate. Taste and season with more salt, if needed. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over. Serve at room temperature.

THE BEST GREEN BEAN BUNDLES EVER!
These are the best green bean bundles I have ever tasted. I make them every Thanksgiving and for parties, everone raves about them. It certainly isn't the healthiest, but is the tastiest! I got the recipe from a friend of a friend-so not sure where it orginated. They are time consuming to make, and you have to plan ahead but I promise you they are well worth it!

I found this recipe in a rural newspaper years ago and have made it often. The bean bundles are excellent with chicken or beef. Sometimes I'll arrange them around a mound of wild rice to make an appetizing side dish. -Virginia Stadler, Nokesville, Virginia

'CHINESE BUFFET' GREEN BEANS
Every time my family and I go to a Chinese buffet we make a bee line for the green beans! This is a simple and tasty re-creation of that much loved side dish, goes well with any Asian meal. Make sure to slice the garlic, don't use a garlic press. Oyster sauce can be found in the Asian section of your grocery store, at an Asian grocery store, and online.

GREEN BEAN BUNDLES (PAULA DEEN)
This recipe is from Paula Deen's show on Food TV. It looked like the perfect thing for Christmas dinner. It worked out great because I was able to blanch and bundle them and have them all ready to pop in the oven in advance. They looked as yummy as they were. Highly recommended!

ORIENTAL MEAT BUNDLES
Asian flavored meat pie. It didn't sound that good to me either but for only 3 points a bundle there is a lot of satisfaction to be had in these! I also use this to make typical egg rolls without chopping finely in the food processor. And adding more mung bean sprouts to taste, but this really ups the point value when you deep fry the eggroll.

GREEN BEAN BUNDLES
I fixed these for my DD and her BF last night and they loved them, as did I. They are pretty easy to put together and the flavors blend well. The presentation plated is very nice. These can also be served as appetizers, cold. Use whole green beans. Can't wait to try these with fresh blanched green beans this summer.
