Steps:

• MIX cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended. SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Mix cookie crumbs and cream cheese together in a bowl; roll into balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze cookie balls until solid, about 1 hour.
• Melt almond bark in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.

• Melt the chocolate bars (if using a microwave, be careful that it doesn't burn).
• Roll the crumb mixture into balls and submerse them into the melted chocolate.
• Set the balls on waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Please note: once you remove them from the refrigerator, they don't last long! Everyone will gobble them up!

• SHAPE into 40 (1-inch) football shapes. Freeze 10 minute Dip in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Use icing to draw laces on footballs.
