Steps:

  • Grate the zest of 2 oranges; set aside. Juice the oranges and whisk with 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the orange zest. Pour the plain filling into a 9-inch graham cracker crust. Spoon the zest mixture over the top, then swirl with the back of the spoon. Cover and freeze until set, about 4 hours.

1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 pint (2 cups) orange sherbet, slightly softened
1 (6-oz.) chocolate flavor crumb crust
1/2 cup fudge ice cream topping, if desired

Steps:

  • Place heaping spoonfuls of ice cream and sherbet in crumb crust. Lightly press and smooth top with back of spoon. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  • To serve, cut into wedges. Drizzle fudge topping over each wedge. Garnish as desired.

2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup international instant coffee mix (any flavor)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
  • Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder; set aside. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture alternately with yogurt, beating until smooth after each addition.
  • Remove 1 cup of the batter; stir in dry coffee. Pour half of the plain batter into pan. Drop coffee batter by spoonfuls onto batter in pan. Add remaining plain batter. Swirl batters deeply with handle of wooden spoon for marbled design.
  • Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour, before slicing.

I'd bought a canister of TANG for another recipe (recipe#245989 - it's fantastic!) and searched the web for more recipes with TANG. This is from the Kraft Foods website. If you try it please let me know how it is! Cook time is chilling time.

2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup Tang orange crystals
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Topping
1 graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • Add yogurt and dry drink mix to whipped topping in large bowl; stir gently until well blended.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Freeze several hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minute before serving or until pie can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer.

  • Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, mix gelatin and orange juice; let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over medium heat until dissolved. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange peel with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add softened gelatin; blend well. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
  • In large bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into orange mixture; gently fold in chopped oranges. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with additional orange peel, if desired. Top each serving with dollop of yogurt. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
