Orange Italian Soda With A Tropical Attitude Food

ORANGE ITALIAN SODA WITH A TROPICAL ATTITUDE

Steps:

• Fill a tall glass with ice (I crush it a bit).
• Pour sparkling water or club soda over ice and add syrup.
• Add coconut milk and stir gently to mix.
• Serve with a long straw.

ORANGE MEXICAN SODA

Steps:

• Put the sugar and orange juice in a small saucepan and simmer very lightly until the sugar is dissolved.
• Let cool.
• Add the food coloring (if using) and divide the Orange Simple Syrup (The orange juice and sugar) between 4 glasses with ice.
• Fill to the top with club soda.
• OR: Add all to a pitcher and serve, however don't wait too long, or else the soda will go flat.

ITALIAN SODA

Steps:

• Fill a glass with ice, add syrup, soda water and half-and-half or milk.
• Stir to combine flavors.
• Top with whipped cream if desired.

ITALIAN SODAS

Steps:

• Fill a 16 ounce glass half full with crushed ice. Add your flavor choice of Torani syrup and the sparkling water or club soda. Stir.
• To make it an Italian cream soda, float the half-and-half on top of the drink. Stir in just prior to drinking.
• Use a single flavor or syrup, or try one of these combinations.
• 1 ounce lemon syrup with 1/2 ounce strawberry syrup.
• 1 ounce pink grapefruit syrup with 1/2 ounce mandarin orange syrup.
• 3/4 ounce cranberry syrup with 1/4 ounce lime syrup.
• 1/2 ounce cherry syrup with 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup.

ORANGE ICE CREAM SODA

Steps:

• Rub orange juice on the edge of glass and then place the glass in white sugar to rim glass.
• Set the prepared glass in freezer to chill until needed.
• Next dissolve the 4 tsps of sugar in 6 tbsp of orange juice.
• Pour the orange mixture into the prepared glass.
• Add the club soda and top with ice cream.
• Pour the remaining orange juice and sugar (if any - from rimming the glass) over the ice cream and garnish glass with an orange slice.
• Serve with a straw and a spoon, enjoy immediately.
• *Please use the same measurements for liqueurs as for juice.
• * If using sodas instead of juice or liqueurs, please substitute the club soda with your preferred soda, (lemon, orange or grapefruit).
