6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can refrigerated crescent dinner roll

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, bacon, onion and worcestershire.
  • Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  • Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  • Spread one generous teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
  • Roll up, starting at the shortest side of triangle and rolling to the opposite point.
  • Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed, crushed
1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • In 6-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 3 minutes. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Drain if necessary.
  • In small bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Add bacon mixture, Cheddar cheese, parsley, paprika and caraway seed; mix well. Set aside.
  • Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  • Spoon 1/4 of bacon mixture onto each rectangle; spread to within 1/2 inch from 1 long side.
  • Roll up each rectangle, starting with topped long side and rolling to untopped side. Press edge to seal.
  • With serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices. Place cut down side on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sliced green onions (about 4 onions)
2 T. milk
2 packages crescent rolls
Dash ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place cream cheese, crumbled bacon, Parmesan, green onions, milk, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined.
  • Unroll one package of crescent rolls and place on a baking sheet. With your fingers, gently press the seams together to seal them. Spread the bacon mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough, leaving about a 1/2-inch border along the edges.
  • Unroll the remaining package of crescent rolls and place on top of the bacon mixture. Press the edges together to seal. Gently press the seams together.
  • Bake at 375℉ for about 18-20 minutes, or until crescent roll dough is golden brown.
  • Cut into small squares and serve. (A pizza cutter makes really quick and easy work of the cutting.)

1 lb breakfast sausage, shaped into 12 patties
12 slices bacon
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

1 small onion, chopped

1/3 cup powdered milk
5 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 stick (8 tablespoons) cold butter, cut into bits, plus 4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • In a small skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels until cool, then chop into small pieces. Add the onion to the skillet with the bacon grease and cook over medium-low heat until light golden, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  • Stir together the flour, powdered milk, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar and salt in a medium bowl. Using a pastry cutter, cut the chilled butter bits and shortening into the dry mixture until blended thoroughly. Stir in the bacon and onion. Fold in the buttermilk until the dough comes together.

3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons cold butter, divided
1/2 cup 4% small-curd cottage cheese
3 large sweet onions, sliced (about 6 cups)
4 ounces Canadian bacon, diced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, mix flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt; cut in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly. Gradually add cottage cheese, tossing with a fork until dough holds together when pressed.
