Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 360 degrees F and grease a roasting tray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Mix until well combined. You may need to add more breadcrumbs as needed. Fry a sample to taste, and adjust salt and pepper as necessary.
- Cover and transfer to a chilled area to marinate for an hour.
- When ready, shape your mixture into meatballs using your preferred method.
- Arrange neatly onto your greased roasting pan.
- Transfer to the oven, and roast until meatballs are cooked through, roughly 35 minutes. Drain any excess oil as necessary.
- When ready, ladle your warm marinara sauce on top of the meatballs. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve.

TURKEY MEATBALLS IN OLIVE & COURGETTE SAUCE
Turkey mince meatballs and pan-fried vegetables make a tasty topping for pasta - a great way to get 2 of your 5 a day at dinner

Steps:
- Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl and season generously. Roll into 12 meatballs.
- Heat half the oil in a large frying pan. Pop in the meatballs and brown all over. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the rest of the oil and tip in the courgettes and garlic. Cook for 3 mins to soften. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, plus half a carton of water and the meatballs. Simmer for a further 15-20 mins, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has really thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta following pack instructions. Drain and mix with a few tbsp of the tomato sauce to coat. Top with the meatballs and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

ASIAN-INSPIRED MEATBALLS
This is a variation of my Recipe #226422 with a little Asian flair. It was a big hit with my husband. You could make this recipe as the main course of a meal, or it could work for an appetizer as well.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Thoroughly combine ground beef, milk, oats, crackers, egg, 1/4 cup onion, 1 teaspoons garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder for meatballs.
- Form meat mixture into 1-inch balls and place in a 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Combine catsup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, 1 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/4 cup chopped onion, ginger and sesame oil. Stir mixture until sugar dissolves (will be a bit grainy).
- Pour sauce mixture over meatballs.
- Bake at 350°F for one hour.
- I like to serve this recipe with rice and steamed Asian veggies.

Steps:
- Defrost the meatballs according to package directions.
- Place them in a 4 quart slow cooker.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan.
- Saute the garlic, onion, and carrot until the carrots and onions start to soften.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and basil; stir.
- Simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs, and stir to coat them.
- Cook on low up to 6 hours.
- ** I have simply dumped everything in the crockpot, frozen meatballs and all and turned out great. Served the meatballs and sauce over pasta or mashed potatoes.
