Obito Has Used The Infinite Tsukuyomi Before. Before the ultimate battle in Naruto Shippuden, Obito did actually use the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Madara is Implied To Be His Direct Ancestor. The Uchiha name has been associated with Madara, who became one of the co-founders of Konoha Village before becoming the main villain of the series.

Strength: Obito Has A High Pain Tolerance. As an experienced shinobi, Obito has impressive pain tolerance. He managed to survive having most of his body blown up by Konan, as the Izanagi could not completely negate its effects, which was proven through his shattered mask.

Strength: Obito Is Efficient At Using The Sharingan. Obito is a brilliant Sharingan user, which helps supplement his reflexes and keep up with the deadliest warriors in the Allied Shinobi Forces.
Weakness: Obito Has A Limited Number Of Ranged Attacks. Primarily relying on taijutsu and the Kamui, Obito is an extremely melee-oriented fighter. His lack of ranged tools is problematic, especially when going against opponents who are skilled at any distance, such as Naruto and Sasuke.
Strength: Obito Is Courageous In Any Endeavor. When Obito is committed to a task, he is incredibly courageous and self-sacrificing. This was first proven when offering his Sharingan to Kakashi after being crushed by a boulder.
Weakness: Obito's Idealism Corrupts His Judgment. Obito's idealism has reliably corrupted his judgment. Although the concept of putting friends before the mission was a sound one, he believed it so fully that he refused to consider the context behind Kakashi killing Rin.
Strength: Obito Constantly Surrounds Himself With Powerful Allies. Despite being completely unreliable, Obito is proficient at surrounding himself with strong allies.
Weakness: Obito's Durability Leaves Much To Be Desired. Despite his fantastic reflexes, Obito's actual durability leaves much to be desired. He was thoroughly bludgeoned by Kakashi with a combination of basic ninjutsu and taijutsu attacks.
Strength: Obito Has Fantastic Reflexes. Obito has some of the best reflexes out of all of Naruto's impressive ninja warriors. He was able to keep up with Minato, a man who was regarded as the fastest shinobi alive, and only slipped up due to a cheap trick.
Weakness: Obito's Loyalty Is Extremely Fickle. Obito is one of the most inconsistent characters in the entire series, constantly switching sides and betraying his comrades.
