NUTTY PINEAPPLE NIBBLES ( STUFFED CELERY)

Steps:
- Rinse the celery, them trim off the leafy parts, and cut into 10-inch pieces.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the drained pineapple, cream cheese, peanut butter, and honey.
- Stir with a rubber spatula until well mixed.
- Stir in the raisins or fruit bits and hot sauce, if desired.
- Using a table knife, fill the groove of each celery stalk with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the crushed nuts over the stalks.

NUTTY REINDEER NIBBLES
A great one to make with the kids to leave for Santa's reindeer but it tastes great for us too! Can be stored in an airtight container for approx 2 weeks. From Australian Good Taste.

- Preheat oven to 160°C Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Combine the walnut, macadamia nuts and pepitas in a large bowl. Drizzle with the maple syrup and sprinkle over the cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Spread the walnut mixture over the lined tray and bake, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside for 30 minutes to cool.
- Add the craisins and mango and combine. Spoon among cardboard serving boxes or containers to serve.

- Combine popcorn, nuts and pretzels in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the butter, Worcestershire, pepper and garlic powder into a saucepan and melt over a low heat, mixing well.
- Pour the butter mix over popcorn mix and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
- Store in airtight container or package in cellophane bags.
