1 ripe mango (about 12 ounce size), peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
3 ice cubes

Steps:

  • In container of electric blender, combine mango, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until smooth and slushy. Immediately pour into stemmed glasses and serve.

3/4 cup white rum
Crushed Ice

Steps:

  • Place the mango, lime juice, sugar syrup and rum in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice.
  • Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
