BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST-NO SYRUP REQUIRED
This recipe for the best brioche french toast you will ever eat. The secret ingredient makes it perfectly sweetened, eliminating the need for syrup!

- In a small bowl add condensed milk, salt, and cinnamon stir until smooth. Beat the eggs and vanilla in a wide shallow dish. Next, whisk in the cinnamon mixture into the eggs until the color is even.
- Place a griddle over medium heat and add enough butter to coat the surface. Soak 2-4 slices of bread into the egg mixture for about 5-10 seconds on each side. Put the soaked bread onto hot griddle and cook through until golden brown on both sides, about 3 mins per side. Be careful with the heat, adjusting as needed to avoid burning. Repeat until all of the bread has been cooked, serve with fresh fruit or any desired toppings!

NO SYRUP FRENCH TOAST
This is a recipe that my mother used to make for us for lunch. It has a flavor that goes well by itself, and if you've looked at the calorie labels on syrup lately, you can do a bit of cutting on sugar and calories. It also has no added sugar in the egg mix. You may want to experiment with spices in the egg batter, according to your taste.

- Beat eggs lightly.
- Stir in milk. Slowly add salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper, and then cilantro.
- Spray pan with cooking spray, dip bread in batter, and fry until brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with lots of black pepper sprinkled on top! Don't put syrup on!

- Whisk eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Heat a large griddle or 2 cast-iron or nonstick skillets over medium. Brush with a thin coating of oil, then a thin coating of butter.
- Working in batches, dip each slice of bread into egg mixture. Cook, flipping halfway through, until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining bread, brushing griddle with remaining oil and butter as needed. Dust French toast with powdered sugar just before serving. Serve with maple syrup alongside.
