1/3 cup milk
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 chocolate crumb crust

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in pie shell.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving.
  • Can also be frozen.
  • If desired, garnish with additional whipped topping, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with peanuts or crushed peanut butter cups.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with peanuts.

This is another of Nee's recipes that I found in her old recipe box. I think she got it some time during the Jimmy Carter administration as there was a reference to Rosalyn Carter on the card. It is very quick and easy and tastes even better with a dollop of chocolate Cool Whip and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

1 cup Dark Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked

Steps:

  • Blend the corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter and pour into the unbaked crust.
  • Bake in a 400°F oven 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F and continue baking 30 to 35 minutes more.
  • The center should still be "wiggly" when removed from the oven, but it will set as the pie cools.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
  • Garnish with chocolate Cool Whip and drizzle of chocolate syrup for a fancier presentation.

I had made chocolate no-bake cookies for YEARS but had never heard of peanut butter no bake cookies. So delicious that my choco-holic daughter likes them better than the chocolate variety! No. of servings depends on how big you make the cookies. Prep time depends on how fast you are scooping the cookies onto the wax paper covered newspaper! (You get better w/ practice! :D )

2 cups sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)

Steps:

  • In lg saucepan, mix sugar, margarine, and milk; bring to a full, rolling boil over med heat. (full, rolling boil = large bubbles rising to surface that can't be stirred down).
  • Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is melted; stir in oats.
  • Working quickly, drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper . Let cool completely.

1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup peanut butter
4 ounces bakers white chocolate
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Topping
1 sliced banana

Steps:

  • Combine the 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter.
  • Press into bottom and side of pie plate.
  • Melt 1 cup peanut butter and 4 squares chopped Bakers white chocolate on medium in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Whisk 1 package {4serving size} Jell-o vanilla instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk.
  • Beat in chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped topping.
  • Place 1 sliced banana on bottom of crust and spoon pudding on top.
  • Chill 1 hour.
  • Garnish with the Cool Whip topping.
