Delicious and easy to make No-bake peanut butter cheesecake. This recipe doesn't require gelatin. Super rich flavor and texture peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake. If you a peanut butter lover you must try this cheesecake recipe.

270g (9.5 oz) biscuits/graham crackers
100g (7 tablespoons) melted butter
2 1/3 cups (525g) cream cheese
1½ cups (187g) powdered sugar
1 cup (250g) peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
2/3 cup (160 ml) heavy cream
125g (4.4 oz) dark chocolate

Steps:

  • 1. In a food processor, process biscuits until crumbs are formed. Add melted butter and process again until combined. press into bottom of 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling. 2. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract and beat again until smooth and creamy. Add the heavy cream and beat 2-3 minutes more until smooth. 3. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. You can also freeze the cake. 4. Prepare the ganache: in a small saucepan bring to simmer heavy cream, remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Let stand 1 minute and stir until the chocolate has melted and the ganache is smooth. 5. Let cool slightly and pour over the cheesecake. You can pour straight into the springform pan or open it and then pour the ganache. 6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.Notes: The cake doesn't contain gelatin, so it won't be very stable. Look no further than this easy No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake recipe! It has an Oreo crust and just a few simple ingredients and has the best peanut butter flavor!

30 chocolate sandwich cookies (leave the cream inside)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
3 8-ounce blocks (24 ounces total) cream cheese ( room temperature)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream (see note)
Hot fudge and melted peanut butter (for garnish)
Whipped Cream (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Crush chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor. You want a fine crumb.
  • Stir melted butter into chocolate sandwich cookies crumbs with a fork until all are moistened. Press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill until filling is done.
  • Beat room temperature cream cheese and peanut butter with a hand or a stand mixer until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the vanilla and then slowly add the whipping cream while mixing. Continue mixing until stiff peaks form (the cheesecake will stand up when you move the mixer).
  • Spread cheesecake into prepared pan. Chill at least one hour before slicing and serving.
  • Garnish with whipped cream before serving, optional.

Hi, I think this is the easiest and best peanut butter fudge ever! It is smooth and it is kinda on the softer side, but it is wonderful. I prefer to spread it out onto a greased cookie sheet for easier cutting.

1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt in a large sauce pan the butter and peanut butter.
  • Cook and stir until all is smooth and melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Beat in the powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cups walnuts if desired.
  • Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan or a greased cookie sheet.
  • Put into the refrigerater, cut when set (if you can wait that long).

1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons hershey's cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 lb butter

Steps:

  • Melt butter, let cool. Mix peanut butter, vanilla and butter by hand. Add cocoa, add 10x sugar, mix well by hand. Place in a square pan. In 15 minutes its ready! Cut into squares and enjoy~.

A recipe slightly modified from a Hershey's cookbook. VERY rich, but surprisingly simple to make. You do not necessarily need a springform pan for this dish but it makes for nicer presentation. ENJOY!

1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers crushed)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup hershey's cocoa powder
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, melted
24 ounces light cream cheese, softened (don't use fat free!!)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 1/4 cups peanut butter chips, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, and melted butter in medium bowl.
  • Press onto bottom and up the sides of 9 inch springform or pie pan. Bake 8 minutes then cool.
  • Beat together cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, vanilla, and salt; beat well until blended.
  • Add two cups of cream cheese batter to bowl with melted chocolate and mix well. Add two cups of batter to melted peanut butter chips and mix well. Cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Spread chocolate batter over prepared crust. Gently and slowly pour the peanut butter mixture over the top of the chocolate. DO NOT STIR.
  • Bake 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set. (Tip for less cracking: cook in a water bath).
  • Cool completely, cover and refrigerate.
  • IF USING SPRINGFORM PAN: Cool on wire rack 10 minutes before using knife to loosen crust from sides of pan. Cool completely then remove sides of pan.
  • Stores for up to one week in refrigerator.

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup full-fat milk
1 cup butter
1 pinch salt
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 (18 ounce) container quaker quick oats
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • Bring the sugar, chocolate, milk, butter and salt to a boil in a heavy large saucepan, stirring constantly; simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
  • Stir in the peanut butter, oats and vanilla (mix fast but completely!).
  • Drop from a teaspoon or tablespoon onto a baking sheet.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
  • Delicious!
