No Bake Peach Dessert Food
NO BAKE PEACH DESSERT
Fresh peaches, a creamy filling, and graham cracker crumbs. You guys! It doesn't get much better than this. If you like peaches, you will love this cold peach dessert.

Steps:
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar.
- Press into the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in cool whip.
- Spread half of the cream mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Make sure to spread the cream cheese mixture right to the edge of the pan to prevent the jello layer from seeping through to the bottom.
- After the peach layer is set up, spread the remaining cream filling on top.
- Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil.
- Stir in the gelatin.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, stir in cubed peaches.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Place in refrigerator to set up for 3-4 hours.

Steps:
- Stir together the water, sugar, cornstarch, and butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. When the mixture has come to a boil, add a few slices of the peaches, then lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and smooth. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool completely.
- Place the remaining peach slices into the pie crust, and spread the sauce all over them, covering completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm before serving.

- Combine crumbs and margarine pressing all but 1/3 cup in bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
- 2nd layer:.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar together and fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread over crust and chill.
- 3rd layer:.
- Put water, cornstarch, and sugar in sauce pan boil until thick.
- Add Jello; chill. Cut up peeled peaches, add to Jello mixture. Pour over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
- Refrigerate until served.

- Combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan. Refrigerate until needed again.
- Once the hour is up, you should have at least 1/2 cup of 'syrup'. It's okay if you have more. If you don't have 1/2 cup, let it sit a little longer until you have 1/2 cup.
- Whisk the cornstarch into the peach syrup. Microwave for 1 minute. The syrup will thicken. Cool to room temperature.
