These peanut butter no bake energy balls require only one bowl, eight ingredients and about 10 minutes of hands-on prep time. You'll love having them as a portable snack option!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together well to combine.
  • Place bowl of "dough" in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour so it can set up.
  • Bring dough out of the fridge and roll into balls about 1 Tablespoon in size.
  • Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.

1 1/2 cups no stir creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Add the no stir creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and use a rubber spatula to mix until the batter is combined
  • Use a mini cookie scoop or a spoon to drop energy balls with a spoon onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet. They should be around 1 inch in size.
  • Roll the energy balls with your hands to form the shape
  • Place cookie sheet with the energy bites on it in the fridge for 1 hour, or until the balls are hardened
  • Transfer energy balls to a ziploc bag and store in the freezer

  • Add all ingredients to food processor.
