18 peanut butter sandwich cookies, finely crushed (about 2 cups), divided
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk, divided
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Combine 1-1/2 cups cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, beat peanut butter, dry vanilla pudding mix and 1-1/2 cups milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Beat chocolate pudding mix and remaining milk in separate medium bowl with mixer 2 min. Blend in melted chocolate; spread over crust.
  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the remaining cookie crumbs for topping; sprinkle remaining crumbs over chocolate layer. Cover with marshmallows, then spread with peanut butter mixture.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with COOL WHIP just before serving; sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.

16 Oreo cookies (use regular size cookies)
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup smooth reese's peanut butter (can use a different brand of peanut butter)
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1 (16 ounce) container cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
12 Reese's Peanut Butter cups, chopped (can use more or less)
1 cup cold half-and-half cream (can use milk)
1 (4 ounce) package chocolate fudge instant pudding mix

Steps:

  • Prepare a 9-inch pan.
  • Coarsely chop all of the peanut butter cups; set aside.
  • For the crust; finely crush 16 Oreo cookies in a processor; toss with melted butter or margarine.
  • Press into the bottom of the pan; place in refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese with peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add in 1 cup confectioners sugar and beat until combined and smooth.
  • Fold in HALF of the thawed Cool Whip topping.
  • Spread over the crust.
  • Sprinkle with half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
  • In another bowl beat half and half cream or milk with chocolate pudding mix and remaining 1/2 cup confectioners sugar on low speed of an electric mix until combined and smooth, then fold in remaining Cool Whip topping.
  • Spread over the chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chopped peanut butter cups over the top.
  • Cover and chill a minimum of 4 or more hours.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), at room temperature
3/4 cup reduced fat or regular creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz.) frozen light whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 1/2 cups (9-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® DelightFulls Peanut Butter Filled Morsels, divided
1 cup 1% milk
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
6 gingersnap cookies, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • COMBINE 1 cup crushed gingersnaps and butter in small bowl. Press mixture lightly onto bottom of 8-inch-square baking dish. BEAT cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar in medium mixer bowl until well blended. Stir half of whipped topping into mixture. Spread over gingersnap crust. Sprinkle with ¾ cup of DelightFulls morsels. WHISK milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes in medium bowl. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Spread mixture over peanut butter layer and DelightFulls morsels. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped gingersnap cookies and remaining ¾ cup DelightFulls morsels. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.
  • Bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then let boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine.

This is recipe is inspired by Honey & Nut Cheerios by Kandake. I decided that Cheerios are just not crunchy enough for me, so I tweaked it and made these. Very addictive! You may use 2 to 2 1/2 cups of nuts (any kind that you have).

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons peanut butter (I use smooth)
1 ounce bittersweet chocolate
1 cup roasted peanuts (I use salted)
1 cup roasted cashews (I use salted)

Steps:

  • Combine the peanuts and cashews in a ziplock bag, whack them with a rolling pin or a pestle (to coarsely'chop' them).
  • Combine honey and sugar in a saucepan, and using low heat, heat until mixture starts to boil.
  • Turn off heat, add chocolate and stir until melted.
  • Add peanut butter, stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the chopped nuts, stir to coat them with the sticky mixture.
  • Drop the nut mixture by teaspoonfuls onto mini paper cups or parchment paper (Work quickly before the glaze sets or you can heat it up on the stovetop to make it more manageable).
  • Chill until set.
