Parmesan crusted air fryer salmon is a perfect low carb, keto friendly 10 minute fresh salmon recipe. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this air fryer salmon is totally delicious and guilt free.

1/4 cup Hellmann's Mayo
1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Dried Dill
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
small squeeze of lemon juice
1 salmon fillet (approx 1 pound)

  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well incorporated. Set aside for next step.

Salmon in the air fryer comes out amazing! With a sweet glaze on top cooking fish in a Ninja Foodi or other brand is easy and a healthy dinner you'll love.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lb salmon fillet
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley (dry or fresh chopped)
4 tbsp butter (sliced)

Steps:

  • Mix seasonings together. Place fillet on a cutting board and rub flesh generously with it.
  • Spray air fryer basket with non stick spray and put piece with skin side down inside.
  • Cut butter into thin slices and put on top evenly across top of fish.
  • Close and air fry for 13-15 minutes at 400 degrees or until fish is flaky and as done as you desire.

Salmon fillets cook beautifully in an air fryer and make a delicious meal when coated in a herb seasoning and served with greens and grains

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp garlic granules (optional)
4 salmon fillets (we used 4 x 130g fillets), skin on or removed
½ tbsp olive oil
cooked seasonal greens and grains such as quinoa or brown rice, to serve (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine the salt, pepper, mixed herbs and garlic granules, if using, in a bowl, then scatter onto a plate. Rub each salmon fillet with a little olive oil and roll in the seasoning to coat.
  • Put in the air fryer basket in one layer and cook at 180C for 8-10 mins, until cooked through. If you have larger salmon fillets they will need to be cooked for longer - keep checking after 10 mins and cook in 1-2 min blasts, until ready. Serve with greens and quinoa or rice, if you like.
